Step by step
The full walkthrough
1. Get the right PDF
Download the label file for your orders from the Meesho Supplier Panel. Do not print it from the browser preview — save the PDF to your computer or phone.
2. Crop it
Drop the PDF into the tool at the top of this page. Smart Detect finds each label above the Fold Here line (or above the invoice box on bill-of-supply labels), reads the SKU, courier and COD status, and removes the invoice.
3. Why the label is rotated
Meesho labels are wider than they are tall. Rotating them 90° lets the label fill a 4 × 6 in sticker at a much larger size, which makes the barcode easier to scan. Turn off Auto-rotate if you prefer the label upright — it will print smaller.
4. Print with the right settings
Set the printer’s paper size to 4 × 6 in (100 × 150 mm), print at 100% / Actual size and set margins to none. Print one label first and scan its barcode with your phone before printing the whole batch.
Printer settings
Settings that work on most thermal printers
| Setting | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Paper / stock size | 4 × 6 in (100 × 150 mm) | Must match the label roll, otherwise the printer stretches or skips labels |
| Scale | 100% / Actual size | “Fit to page” shrinks the label and softens the barcode |
| Margins | None / 0 | The PDF from Label Crop AI already has the right margins |
| Orientation | Portrait | Wide labels are already rotated to fit the roll when Auto-rotate is on |
| Media type | Labels with gaps (die-cut) | Lets the sensor find the gap between stickers so each print starts on a new label |
| Darkness | Start mid-range, raise one step at a time | Too light gives broken bars; too dark makes bars bleed together |
| Print speed | A slower setting | Slower printing gives crisper barcodes on almost every thermal printer |
